Get the Facts
This site provides factual information about unionization and representation to help you make informed decisions. While we respect our physicians' and advanced practice clinicians' (APCs) right to organize, we believe a direct relationship best supports open communication and collaboration. We encourage you to learn about all aspects of representation before making a decision.
Employers are required by law to only share facts, opinions, and experiences when discussing unionization. Unlike NWMU, we can’t make promises we might not be able to keep. This site is dedicated to informing our caregivers and providing you with all of the facts about unionization because we believe it’s important for you—our caregivers—to have all the facts before making such an important decision.
